CONDITION Our aim is to give as accurate item descriptions as possible. Each item is described with a text presentation, pictures and our Classification System. Further details on the Classification System can be found below.
PAYMENT As of today we accept Maybank payments only.
SHIPPING Orders are shipped through the Selected Courier Service and Pos Malaysia. We take care to package the items properly but do not assume responsibility for careless handling in transit. During the check-out process there will be an option to insure the delivery which we highly recommend.
RETURNS Our ambition is to clearly show the condition of the items on sale through our condition Classification System as well as photos. Should you have any further questions regarding a specific item please do not hesitate to send us an e-mail with your questions. As a further service to insure customer satisfaction we offer a 14 day refund policy. The refund covers the price of the item but not the cost of delivery back and forth as long as the item is in the same condition as when sold.
Should you receive a damaged delivery please get in touch with us via e-mail as quickly as possible and we will do our utmost to solve the situation as quickly as possible.
